Please assist

Please Assist, there's a debit order from mtn going out in my account from the past two months, I have visited Mtn branches so many times to try and stop it and also refund my money back because I don't have any contract with them but still today it continues. Please Assist. I even went to my bank to try to stop and dispute it but mtn blocked the debit order.
