Please advise!!
Good day just wanted to know how your new application process works cause i app**** for a new contract at the mtn store at canal walk upper level where i was advised it could take up to 24 hours for an answer but up untill now i have not even received a msg just to confirm that i have submitted an application i just called ur new contract department and they confirmed an open application which has not been submitted yet its not even processing yet but ive signed all relevant docs please advise!!

03 Oct 2019, 10:05Reason for me also asking is i went back to the store a few minutes after i left asking them why i never recieved an sms confirming my application where the consulultant who assisted me already busy with another customer advised me she has not submitted it yet but promised to do so after she was done with the customer after me so i dont understand really what the use of going to a store ive heard such good remarks to experience such services
