Pleasantly surprised again

<p>I called 808 to check something on my contract number and spoke to Sishle Mkhize. The call was answered very promptly, which is amazing in general in SA from my experience, and was very quickly assisted by Sishle. I'm sorry that I have not got all the other names of customer service people I've spoken to from MTN in the last 6 months that I've had my contract with because from the day I app**** for my contract till today I've had an almost 100% positive experience. The only negatives was lack of communication when I enquired about a network quality issue but as it turned out MTN was already performing an upgrade to the network in the area and the network seems to have improved. </p> <p> </p> <p>Customer service on my MTN prepaid number unfortunately has been almost nonexistent. If MTN could get its prepaid customer service on 173 a 10th as good as the contract 808 number I'd give MTN a full 5 stars. </p> <p> </p> <p>Perhaps MTN will be good kind enough to offer another FriYay promotion for me to convert my prepaid number to a contract number with bucket loads of data and calls!!(?)</p>
