Pleasantly Surprised
After no response from MTN for months I had to put my complaint on hellopeter. To my surprise I was contacted promptly from Ayanda Mthimkhulu of MTN.
Ayanda, you are a bright star. Thank you for resolving my issue within a day and the constant feedback. MTN must definitely give you a raise.
