Playing adverts on outgoing calls, inexcusable!

MTN how on earth can you play adverts on outgoing calls? Absolutely inexcusable. I am using airtime that I have paid for - you have no right to force me to listen to annoying adverts that I haven't asked for. <br> <br> The last couple of times it has been during an emergency call! Honestly I am so upset that you would treat your customers this way, whoever in your advertising department thought this was a good idea - is an idiot. I would like someone to put a stop to this ASAP, this can not possibly be legal.<br> <br> I would try to complain to your call center but trying to get through is impossible. I am now changing to another service provider who doesn't constantly spam their own clients. Isn't advertising yourself actually pointless when it is to your existing customers??
