The service I have received from MTN today (2017/03/01) is appalling, and to tell you the truth is the most unprofessional service I have server received in my life.

On the 2017/02/28 while browsing the net my phone suddenly froze and no longer wanted to connect to the network (LTE/3G). I then rebooted my handset hoping that it would resolve the issue, only to find that it didn’t. My contract recharges with on the 27th of each months with 300 min and 5GB of data (Which lasts me just over a month).

After the reboot I was still unable to connect to the web, I then dialled *141# to see my balance, thinking that it might be that, to my surprise, I still had my 5GB of data, WOW!!!! I keep getting a little signal sign on the top left of my screen with an ? mark - when clicking on it I am directed a nofund.mtn site saying that my funds have been depleted and that I must recharge. I contacted MTN on more than 10 occasions only to be transferred from pillar to post because NO one could assist, the one person told me it’s a network outage and the other tells me that there is no outage – which should I believe??????.

They keep resetting my number on the network, asking to remove my sim for 5 min and then to boot it back up, guess what??? IT DID NOT WOR****!! This is a business phone and due to this I have lost hour of work and tons of money!!!!

By the way, I can still send and receive SMS's and calls, so it cannot be a handset issues, so DONT even try!!!!!

One last thing, this will be on facebook and other social media if it does not get resolved ASAP.

Have a lovely day.
