Pinnacle MTN insurance

Few weeks ago we submitted a claim for the lost cell phone with MTN insurance, the insurance we have been paying for 23 months now. MTN referred us to their device insurance provider, Pinnacle Insurance. What a bunch of *********** money-grabbing and claim-denying individuals Pinnacle are.

It is ok when we pay the insurance premium religiously for the past two years AS LONG AS we don't claim, right? It is sad what they put us through and the run around we have had to endure, being sent from pillar to post. This morning, we were told that Pinnacle is no more and it has been replaced by the company called Admyntec who seems to be clueless about our claim that is currently entering the third week since we submitted it. What a mess.

I would urge any of you who intends having a cell phone insurance to NOT get one administered by MTN and any of their subsidiaries/partners. This is really pathetic and frustrating.... MTN, please pull your socks and don't associate with bunch of losers like these
