Pinnacle Marketing / MTN the WORST service providers!!

I have the worst service from Pinnacle Marketing / MTN Insurance.

The agents and manager have absolutely no sense of urgency when it comes to claims and and resolving issues.

I have had to call MTN and Pinnacle myself in order to get the smallest evidence that support my communicate to resolve issues with my policies.

I would not recommend MTN or Pinnacle to anyone!!!!!!!
