PINNACLE AND MTN - dissatisfactory service

Please note that I initially emailed my claim form to you last night, and there was no acknowledgement; I then went to a MTN store (Pavilion KZN) in the morning to register my claim, and the consultant copied me onto the email sent to you. When I called at 15h30, I was told that there was no claim loaded on my profile...did I mention that this is now day 2 with no cellphone? Did I further just let you in on the fact that I don't even have a phone to keep holding on for a mobile line for 15 mins, just to get told that no claim has been received? I was offered a simswap, and my question was: where would I operate it from as I have no phone? I've been without a phone for 2 days, and as you know very well - our work, lives and everything function off a mobile phone today. On the MTN website, they assure us of a 24 hr turnaround time in the processing of claims, which is why we take the insurance. If I am being told that the claim hasn't been loaded, what recourse do I have? This is really unacceptable and unfair, and I'm not going to wait for a week before I say anything. The claim should have been received and loaded, at the least. Kindly process my claim ASAP, I need my phone for work, and as a mother, I need it for the safety and wellbeing of my young children.

Today, the 14th June 2017 - fifteen days from my initial post, and I still don't have a phone in my hands; furthermore, I have no idea when I will have my phone replaced - this after you escalated the matter to your relevant team... What kind of picture are you seeing here? A painting of the Last Supper? Restored faith?
