Pick n pay hyper market MTN Ottery services sucks

<p>I've renewed my mtn contract at mtn Ottery 4months ago.</p> <p>The contract consisted of a P9 lite, 100minutes and 1gig data at a cost R550. Currently i am still waiting for what i'm actually paying for. On the day of renewal i was assisted by man working on a womens account because he was leaving to mtn's opposition 'vodacom'. Mtn can not find any of my documentation and up till today im still receiving my old contracts bundle being 50mb data and 50minutes but im paying R550 which is for my new contract. </p>
