PHYSICAL DAMAGE ****
I took a contract with MTN last year for my Xperia V devise. Thing stopped charging about 2 months ago. Its not even a year old might i add. MTN is charging me for the repairs of this phone, claiming that its physical damage. I asked for proof and guess what, no response there. I am being bombarded with sms to pay money for repairs that cant be proven. My request has been ignored by MTN and i know that this is a common problem with XPERIA phones and will not be ********** by MTN. so please fix my phone so i can carry on living?????
