Phones not delivered
You guys, can you please send my mothers phones. you are taking her money every month after all.<br> And please stop telling her to call 2000 which she will be billed for, she's made enough effort trying to get what she's paid for. What kind of customer service is this. and this is the 2nd time i log this hellopeter complaint.

Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. As per the telephonic conversation we had with Mrs Maya, her two packages did not include cell phones. She took airtime contracts we call 'Use your own' packages.
