Phoneless

I upgraded my contract with MTN in 2016 at MTN in Canal Walk, I took the Samsung Edge 64gig which I am paying R470 per month. Within the first week the handset froze and I returned it to MTN and they replaced it. I have the replacement phone for about a about a month the phone had no signal and I took it back and they replaced the handset which was on the 29/07/2016. I was using the handset up until December 2016 and it started heating up and switching off and stayed off and it just kept on doing that on a daily basis. I then took the phone to MTN Westgate Mall on the 13 January 2017. They told me they will contact me by the following week but never did. I then contacted MTN and advised me that they waiting on parts for the phone, I can call them the follow week. I contacted them for the second time and the second week the handset was booked in and they told me the same thing they waiting on parts. I called this morning and which is the 3rd week now and the consultant told me “They waiting on parts for the handset” . So its been 3 weeks that I have been sitting without my phone and paying for something that I have and don’t use. I am really not happy about it. I went through 3 handsets with in a period of 6 months and still sitting without one. This is not acceptable. Can someone please speed up this process or just replace the handset.
