Phone with Technical problem

I just got the samsung galaxy core prime phone in november as my replacement for my lost blackberry which was also problematic, anyhow this Samsung is troubling it deletes my songs, videos, pictures and it even hides them i thought it was because it needed software upgrade but after the upgrade there was no difference it even deletes playlist that i create to listen to, even it's dictionary for typing its upside down it changed words that are in the dictionary. Like WHY CAN'T I JUST GET A PHONE FROM MTM THAT WORKS PROPERLY LIKE IT SHOULD I AM TIRED OF GOING TO COMPLAIN I dnt even have the energy to take the phone am using now back coz its tiring. I have had enough of MTN and I cnt wait for my contracts to end
