Phone with MTN Repairs for three months and still is not repaired!
<p>Phone was handed to MTN in September for repairs. They send you countless sms asking if you accept the quote. I reply YES as requested and the phone has no come back twice and still not repaired. The store in Witbank says that I must do a deposit but MTN repairs does not supply banking details or request payment in any of their sms. MTN is just wasting my time and now the store says i must fetch phone three months later still not repaired!</p>
