Phone was hacked

My phone got hacked this morning. A weird message popped up saying this phone was involved in a ****** investigation(a first to saps and mtn consultant) and I was locked out of my phone. After going to SAPS, calling mtn call centre, I was advised to go into an mtn store for assistance. I had the pleasure of being assisted by a lady by the name Tasneem at MTN Govan Mbeki, Port Elizabeth. Wow!!! such professional and swift acting on her end. She did back ups so that I wouldn't lose any of my information before restoring. I was so freaked out but Tasneems calm demeanor was exactly what i needed. Thank you so much!!!!!
