Phone upgraded but never delivered
MTN called me for an upgrade, they offered me a new iPhone for R299 a Month for 24months. I agreed to the deal at the start of August. They said they would deliver by mid August. DSV (MTNs official courier) called me in mid September to tell me that they tried to deliver but i was not home; they then said they would call to deliver the week after. I am still waiting. I have spoken to CCISA (MTN's upgrades company) and DSV (the official courier for MTN) and nobody knows where the phone is. I called DSV today to ask about the phone, they said the last record they had 'still being packaged'. Either a case of ***** or shocking service.

Its not the delivery that is the problem, the upgrade and the phone were never logged. I may be a victim of *****. My account has been debited twice with R299. If in fact there is no phone i need this amount refunded and the upgrade cancelled.
