I’m so disappointed with MTN

I’m currently having a cellphone contract with MTN, my phone was ****** but I did get it back but when i went to the branch(Khayelitsha mall) they say unblacklisting can take up to 3-6 months, how come? They said said I should call 135 but when I called the helpline the lady said she doesn’t know how long does it take to unblacklist but then she refers me to her supervisor who said it’s going to take 48 hours. But now I don’t know who to believe

This is really disappointing
