Phone to be repaired within contract period

Disgusted in the manner clients are pushed around we are loyal and pay our monthly subscription but when something goes wrong we are just pushed aside.<br> My number *** Mtn contract, call line identity is unable to be corrected after numerous attempts and long hours of visiting mtn stores in Clear water mall ,liaising with consultants at the Call center no one can correct this. <br> Was told the do a sim swop and still a problem.<br> Know my phone does not go on and told i should pay R4970 to repair my SONY devise. Apparently due to external damage they can't fix the devise. The devise fell the very week a got it more than a year ago, worked ever since.The display is not damaged.The display is not damaged if it was than that would be the next reason. <br> Could purchase a new devise for less than the amount being charged for fixing. <br> Not impressed with the service and after being a loyal client for all these years YOU CANT FIX my Devise.<br> Still paying my contract and don't have a phone.<br> Previous contracts expired and not renewed with Mtn can't wait to have further 2 Contracts expire.<br>
