Phone suspended - know one can say why!!!!!
My phone line has been suspended and they cannot reconnect because of the strike??? My 71 yr old mothers line is connected to mine and she is Traveling in Thi land currently and now has NO PHONE!!! The stone ridge Edenvale agents advised me to ignore a msg sent by MTN about my credit limit, as they where sure it was not relevant and that i still had plenty of minutes left. SOMEONE needs to be accountable here!!!! I need mine and more importantly my mothers line reconnected immediately!!!! I spend around R 3 000 with MTN monthly - this kind of treatment is DISGUSTING!!!!!! Please respond ASAP!!!!
