Phone suspended, but was paid.
Good day. Yesterday my phone was suspended, and I paid it on the first of January. I called the shop and the lady took off the suspension and I sent her the proof of payment, she also said on my account the amount shows double, but I have been paying my account with R250 every month, because that is what my contract says. Last night it was suspended again. And today I have a lot of business to do and now my services are suspended.

Please be advised that when checked, suspension has been lifted and line is in working order. The remaining balance on the account was for November debit order which did not go through as it was returned. The amount returned is R490.20 of which the payment of R250.00 was done on the 1st of January 2016 with a balance of R251.60 to be paid.
Please advise if all is order .
We sincerely hope that this is in order and hope that we are able to restore your faith in us.
