Phone suspended but payment made!!!

Hi there, MTN did not update my banking details in time so the debit order for my contract didnt go through. I then paid on the "mycontract" portal, the money has gone off my account and now MTN has blocked my phone. I have sent through proof of payment and no response? I have had no phone since the 13th of July and the payment was processed on the 8th of July!!!!!!!
