Phone subscription that was *****ulently given to someone on my account and name

Terrible service MTN leaked personal information of my details and gave a Cellphone contract to another person and blacklisted me !!!!! My life is on hold at the moment can't get a visa , can't buy a plain ticket unable to get a loan unable to go on business trips ...... The legal department does not answer Trans Unions emails they don't respond I spend thousands of rands to phone MTN everyday I even opened a ***** case at the police station, this has been going on for 3 months now I have never had a problem like this in my life my life is on hold because MTN leaks personal information of people and gives Cellphone contracts to unknown people and when they don't get the money out of the people then they blacklist me and I was not even aware of this so disgusting I'm canceling all my contracts with MTN and will go to another service provider....... I was selected for my South African Boeling clothes and I'm leaving the country in October to go to Las Vegas I can't apply for a Visa due to MTN that is making me suffer for their negligence and leaking personal information!!!!!!
