Phone ******MTN on Strike-no Service 2Blacklist

My phone was ****** last Wednesday night.

We have been going to several MTN branches trying to get the phone blacklisted as the call center just keep on dropping the phone in your ear due to them being on strike.

Without the Blacklist number the police won't open a case for me to give to my insurance to be able to claim.

No back-up plan by service provider so the customers pay the price yet the billing department is not on strike as I am still being charged. Branches does not assist either and Pavillion in KZN was closed entirely.

So?? What are we supposed to do?
