Phone *** still suspended after payments done and up to date.................
Morning
No one has still contacted by Husband *** regarding phone *** that is suspended but payments have been made and no proof of any payment allocated has been provided to us... How bad is your service for just telling us we must pay for something that we can not use and if we don`t pay re-connection fee of R1800 services will not be activated. Whaaaattt????? The phone has been paid up to date and wants this to be sorted, I have also lodged a complaint with ombudsman.

I do not agree with the outstanding amounts and would like statement from what date account has been handed over ?
As a client MTN must provide client with statments and nothing has been provided to us.
I am sorry but we can not just except what is outstanding, I need proof asap.

Please note i have not yet received statment and i want this query re-solved. We did submit affidavid this weekend to give me consent to query on behalf of Wayne`s account and we have also submitted affidavid for the *****elant celphone number.
Please note this is very frustrating as payments are calculating but we cant use contract.
