Phone still not received!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p><br />I have phoned HVRC Repair center myself, as none of you can respond to me in a timely fashion.</p> <p>As per the consultant the device was already shipped back to Smartphone Plus and the device cannot be repaired.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />No one even bothered to communicate to me!</p> <p> </p> <p><br />The device was damaged due to BAD WORKMANSHIP by Mtn HVRC REPAIR CENTER! </p> <p>I will not, I repeat... WILL NOT Pay excess for a new device, as it was NOT my fault that the screen came loose!</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Mtn /Mtn Insurance will replace my device without charging me anything. I WILL NOT Pay anything for something I did not broke! </p> <p> </p> <p><br />Get back to me ASAP on this or I will cancel both my Mtn Contracts</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Thanks.</p> <p>Adam Barnard <br /> ********** </p>
