Hello maheshde,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Kindly be advised that it is impossible to clone a SIM card as you were previously advised. The only way that someone else can use your SIM card is by processing a SIM swap and we can confirm that there has been no SIM swap processed on your number. If you believe that someone is **********ly trying to access your private & confidential information you will need to report the matter to the SAPS and send us an e-mail to *** to assist you accordingly.

We trust that you find the above in order.

Kind Regards,
Zukiswa
