Phone sent for repair never received back!
I recently signed 2 new contracts with MTN I Received both phones on the 05th of April 2018 the one however shortly after had a problem with its speaker and returned same on the 17th of May 2018 and it was Booked in at MTN Greenstone Mall with Leboheing I was contacted 3 weeks later and informed that the phone could not be repaired and will be replace by a new phone same will be available the next week to date I have not received my phone I have been to the MTN Store at Greenstone left my number but with no success or call backs to date I still do not have the phone but still paying for same!
