Phone sent back for repairs - NO COMMUNICATION
<p>So my phone was collected to be sent back to the mtn insurance repair centre, because they did a poor job assembling the screen and it came loose.</p> <p> </p> <p>When the phone was collected, I asked nicely to be communicated to regularly to know if the phone was received by repair centre and when it will be sent back to me.</p> <p>a week later and I received NO COMMUNICATION!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Very very poor service from Mtn Insurance every time!</p>
