Phone screen repair since 2014 to date

Good Day<br> I took my phone (Samsung S4 (19505) to MTN store in Witbank Save ways for a screen repair. The phone was booked in on the 17 December 2014 through Accidental Damage Handling (ADH) which gives Samsung S4 users 2 screen repairs within the 24 months contract for free. I was promised to get the phone in 2 weeks. i havent received my phone to date and im sick and tired of waiting.
