After handing over a affidavit to MTN so they can escalate the matter further they respond by suspending my number and giving me endless reference numbers that lead nowhere, after talking to a dozen call centre agents the most recent one Vanessa Mdhuli (I'm not sure if that's her real name) hangs up the call and doesn't assist me at all. I'm as frustrated as they come and have to say that after 16 years with MTN I'm appauled at their lack of service and will be so glad to be free of them once and for all.
