Phone replacement waiting period already beyond 30 days.

On the 8th of August, I wrote a review on hellopeter detailing the initial issue. The review is located here:

I received a message from Mike at the complaints team and were given a reference number: Reference Number: ********** 2

Thereafter I received a phone call from MTN direct to get my delivery address details. This was two weeks ago. Up until today, I have received no further communication. I do not know who to call as all my calls are batted from the one department to the other.

I am at my wit's end, and I am unfortunately being held hostage by MTN as I cannot exit the contract. I am starting to consider legal action, but will that even be worth it? I can no longer in good faith recommend MTN as a quality carrier.
