Phone Repair: Over three weeks, no response
I booked my phone in for repairs on the 1st of February 2016.
I explained to the consultant that any communication should go via my email as i do not have another phone.
He still put in my cell number (which is offline because i do not have a phone).
The repair centre then sent a quote via sms (to the offline number).
A few days later they then rejected the quote claiming that there had been no response.
Please note that i was not made aware of any of the above.
After hours of calling (speaking to rude consultants) and emailing, i finally learnt this.

Now, the centre say that I'm am liable for R330 for the quote that had been rejected due to no response.
I tried explaining that i could not decline the quote because i did not receive it...
If i did not receive it, then how could i possibly respond?

They refuse to book my phone in or repair it.
They refuse to give my phone back to me.
