Phone Repair
<p>I took my Sony Xperia M4 Aqua in to the Bedford Centre MTN store for repairs in September and it was sent back unrepaired because there was a crack on the screen. The phone is however insured with Altech insurance. When the phone was returned to the store nobody contacted me and I only discovered this after going to check if it was fixed. It has since been sent back to the repair centre and never returned, also I still have never been contacted by anyone from MTN. We are now in mid December so apparently when MTN say 6 weeks it means 3 months.</p>
