PHONE REPAIR
I took my phone in for repairs at the HVRC in midrand pn the 10 July 2015 as it was giving m issues.After 2 weeks of not getting any communication via email or sms as I was advised that they will do so.I decided to go back to find out what is going on ,only to be told that they were not able to fix the one and th ey sent it back to the manufacture/mtn warehouse. Okay fine then I was given the COL number which I was advised that its the number I needed to give the person who initially sold me the phone and it would allow them to request a dispatch of a new phone. After 5 weeks to a procees that was supposed to take only 3 weeks I still do not have my ph. a me the phone Annelize cannot be reached and when I eventually reach her she has o clue as to what is going on even after I explained. She said the COL number cannot help her at all and she needs the ref number rom HVRC that the phone was returned. But the HVRC says the only ref number she needs is this DAMN COL number I gave her.After all this she has not bothered to call me or ****EN update on what is happening. So im stuck without a phone for a whole month yet MTN will still debit my account for subscription whilst they servic

Thank you for your confirmation that you have received the handset back. Note that your previous debit order has returned unpaid R250.41. This will be deducted 30st of September 2015. Note that the invoice for September has not been finalized or added to the account.
We have placed the usage limit on the account for you that once you have used the 50 min and 100MB the account should not be charged further. You can then add pre-paid data and airtime on the SIM card.
