Phone ordered and paid for, no delivery or payment returned
Phone ordered on 6 June via MTN online shop. Shops can't assist, just get put through from dept to dept. Social media support says the order is canceled. Still no phone... although they took our money. Have tried all contact numbers and no one can help. No idea how I will get the phone or get our money back.

It was not an upgrade. Also not an application for a new contract. It was a cash purchase if a phone on the MTN Online Shop.
It was R4000 for a Samsung A7. Order placed on 6 June. Order number on the document says ***. https://shop.mtn.co.za. We have also sent proof payment from the bank to social media help lines. Physical shops couldn't help and you just get put through between departments when phoning support.
