Phone number "******"/*******ly ported

As an owner of a medical practice, it is extremely disconcerting that someone is able to port our mobile number giving them access to all our patient's contact details, without our permission. What's more frustrating is the fact that our emails and phone calls to MTN go unanswered and the only response we've gotten was on a social media post airing our frustration!
