phone not working 4 three months

Went into benmore gardens mtn to report that my phone that had been booked 3 times to be fixed and it came back the same,so went to check if I can get a replacement phone as it is still under guarantee because three times I took it back and it is still not working. I spoke to a lady by the name of Linda whose a manager at Benmore who kept me waiting for 15minutes while she was busy in her office. I explained to her what my problem was but she did not listen to me but wanted me to listen to her. She left me unattended on the counter and told me she cannot assist anyone who is making a noise. I then took my phone and left. My problem is that my Phone has not been working for almost 3months and I have been paying my contract all along but why is it that I'm not getting the benefits and the right service from my service provider.
