phone not send away

I gave my phone in at the mtn store in modimolle so that they can send it away to have it looked at as for it was not charging he never made sure my phone was send away or checked if my phone was in the store's save my phone was still brand new when i went to get my phone it was not in the save and my screen got scrace marks on and was never send away
