Phone not repaired properly, false info

Well where do i begin. First of my phone had water damage so i sent it into the Clearwater branch for repairs, everything was great and i got my phone back within a couple of days. Then about 4 days later my phone screen started flickering and then by the 5th day there was no picture. So went back to MTN clearwater to report that my phone was not repaired properly, but then all of a sudden a MTN rep by the name of Lebo Raseala told me that MTN do not repair water damage even though i received my phone back from them for water damage repair. After all this she told me no i would be charged for sending the phone back. So i would be paying for MTN's poor workmanship, How the hell can you tell that to a customer when it is MTN mistake? so she told me i must take it to Samsung repair centre, so i did but now they want to charge me for the repairs. So i got hold of someone at MTN to bring the phone to Midrand, i did but then because i rejected the quote from Samsung they didn't repair my phone and MTN would not accept it because the bracket is bent and the RF cover is missing even though that was MTN mistake in the first place. I need a supervisor to phone me from MTN, i need this sorte
