Phone not repaired and no feedback

On the 29th of March went to MTN store in Mamelodi Mams mall to repair my phone for a cracked screen , still today I don't have any feedback regarding the phone when I go to the store they keep telling me to call Honor and when i call them they tell me to ask the store , I have been taken from pilar to post and no one is giving me feedback regarding my phone . I must say am very disappointed with the stuff both Honor and Mtn they don't have customer service and they don't treat their customers with respect . I just want my phone back that's it not to be taken for a ride as if am stupid!!!
