Phone not repaired.

I upgraded to a new phone in October. I then took in my Sony Z5 as in December I started having issues with the responds of the touch screen. It was booked in on the 7th of January, it returned 14 days later and i discovered that the speaker was impared while gone for repairs. I returned it to them on the 2nd February, and it was gone for a month. The extension of the repair period was never communicated to me. I received it back on the 4th March and the speaker is still not fixed. This is rather annoying and ***********.
