Phone not delivered after being upgraded a MONTH ago

To whom it may concern

I ordered my phone on the 2nd of August through MTN direct and still have not received any news as to where it is or when I will be receiving it. I was told it would take MAX 5 working days and it has been more than a MONTH.

After numerous unanswered emails sent to Kim Basson and several hours on the phone with MTN direct I would really like to know where this phone is. Please let me know immediately or provide me with a suitable number I can contact
