Phone not delivered after 14 working days

MTN
I opened a new contract with MTN on 25 March 2017. I took 2 phones on the contract; Huawei P9 lite and Huawei Mate 9.
I opened the contract at the MTN Ladysmith branch (San Marco centre).
On the 27th March, the lady working at MTN tells me she has sent the orders through and the phones should arrive in 5-7 working days. Today is 14 working days later and the Huawei Mate 9 has not arrived.
The lady from MTN tells me the phone is at the warehouse but for some reason it has not been distributed to the Ladysmith branch.
I have tirelessly tried to escalate this, through calls and emails to ********** but I must say that I have had POOR POOR service in this regard. Well on the emails part, I have not received a single response.
I always have to be the one chasing after MTN, chasing after the area manager every single day. He/She promises to give me feedback the next day, but I never hear from them until I call in myself.
Currently, I am still waiting for the phone. I don't have the phone, there is no expected date as to when the phone will arrive. It could be next week, next month or next year. I don't know and MTN can't give me an answer.
I am highly frustrated and dissatisfied with MTN even before I have used your network. I want to cancel this whole contract and try another service provider.

Thank you.
Honestly I will only be happy once I get a satisfactory resolution.

Its not that I want the phone right away. If there are perhaps issues with the supplier or something, I will accept that but I just want co operation and at least an expected date for the arrival of the phone.
Currently I only have a reply from the Complaints Management Team and a reference number. We will see how this gets resolved, if it ever will be.
