PHONE NOT DELIVERED

I am so disappointed and irate by MTN claims department, I received poor service. I logged a claim with them for my phone which I lost however they sent out my phone to CourierIT but never gave them my new phone of which they never provided them with my contact number to call me once the phone is delivered. They saying I never gave them a more accurate address whereas I gave them the residential address and building name, i feel they did the delay on purpose cause I was never informed about the address issue and contact number. MTN along with courierIT are the worst services
