Phone not delivered

I ordered an additional contract phone on the 20th of March 2023 and received my contract however that phone is not yet delivered to me. Every time I call I will receive this message on emails "Dear Customer, Your order has been submitted with reference number ‪***‬. Thank you for using MTN. Have a Y’ello day" I'm always being told that this issue has been escalated but no resolution.
