Phone not being unblocked.

<p>After my cellphone was ******, recovered and the neccesary documentation obtained, I have been struggling for the past NINE months to get my cellphone unblocked. The phone has been sent away numourous times by MTN Langeberg Mall and GardenRoute Mall, both saying I will have it back within SEVEN days, but keeping it for three months at a time, Four affidavids have been obtained from the SAPS and mailed to MTN and still I do not have a working cellphone.</p> <p> </p> <p>No answers can be given by MTN regarding the actual problem, in the meentime I am paying for a cellphone and service that is non exsistant.</p> <p> </p> <p>THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Please advise on the pathetic service.</p>
