Phone never been blocked

So my phone was ****** on Saturday 28.10.2017 @ 6pm i called MTN to block the phone cause my cell phone banking and my whole life was on the phone i was told i need to provide the serial number so i drop the phone look for all the information required and call back then i was told i must call tomorrow 29.10.2017 cause they only block phones from 8am to 5pm so Sunday 29.10.2017 i called again then the call agent told me that i must call on Monday cause on weekends they do not block phones or sim cards

what **** is this MTN is not helping people at all this is really ridiculous i was so angry i am even thinking about moving to another service provider so that i can receive better cerise cause clearly MTN doesn't care about the people that is helping them to get rich.

point is up until now my phone and my sim card has not been blocked cause every time i call the call center people has an accuse not to help. this is really bad an so very much unprofessional and i have been with MTN for years now
