Phone missing between shop and repairs. Pas. Bug

My phone was taken to Menlyn MTN on the 23March2016 to be fixed. After many calls with no help and holding on 5 to 7 min could not track my phone. I went to the store 14th waited 25 min before i was helped. tried to find phone. then said it is on the way to the repair centre with courier. Phoned 2 times today spoke to diffirent people first to Tala at 1H45 to hear the phone is not fixed yet with a bad attitude.I then phoned again spoke to Virqueline with a better manners just to find out the phone was send back to the store and is on its way back to repair centre with the courier service.NOBODY PHONED ME for more than a week now. WHAT MUST I DO. They dont even have a number to phone them on. HELP
