Phone lock

Yooh MTN costomer service..!! I called in April to cancel network lock on my phone,they said I must wait 30 it will be cancelled, after 30 days nothing,I called again in may they said it will take a week to cancel network lock,after a week nothing after 3 weeks called again they tell it takes a week again I wait a week still nothing I called 5 times since April for one problem but no help

In results of this my phone now only uses one SIM the other one is blocked and the one that is working no calls coming in no SMS coming in.i called yesterday about calls and smses problem they said they are resetting it must turn off for 15 minutes after that I turn it on and waited 3 Hours while SIM was not working,when it started working still same problem 😭

If I call once the second time I mean they must get it right but they didn't get it right 5 times
